Frequently Asked Questions
-
How much does a boudoir photoshoot cost?
There is a $500 session fee to book your photoshoot, and photo collections with a range of digitals and printed products start at $1900.
-
What is included in the session fee?
Your photoshoot time, professional hair and makeup, creative planning, wardrobe assistance, and your in-person image reveal appointment are all included in the session fee. Check these out more in depth here.
-
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I offer pre-session payment plans, which means we set up flexible payments to be completed before your photoshoot. This ensures that you can get exactly what you want, with the flexibility of breaking down the cost, and not worrying about it after your session.
These are interest-free and offered in-house.
-
Are digitals included?
Digitals are not included in the session fee, and instead are purchased in a collection separately so that you can have more options. Digital image collections start at $1900.
-
Where is your studio located?
The studio is located in the North Pacific Building in NW Portland Oregon. Nearby you’ll find major stores like the Doc Marten’s store, Powell’s Books, and Shake Shack, along with tons of other shopping spots within walking distance.
-
Where do I park?
Luckily there are many parking options near the studio. There is paid street parking all around, which is my personal recommendation. There is a pay-to-park lot directly across the street from the building, however it has double-park spots, so if you park in front of someone, you will need to give your keys to the attendant. There is also a pay-to-park lot on couch & 9th behind the Doc Marten’s store parking lot (which is for customers only and monitered.)
-
Do you have a client closet?
I no longer carry a full lingerie client closet, but I do offer some specialty wardrobe pieces like the luxe robe, body chains, and gloves.
-
How long does it take to get my photos, albums, etc?
After your image reveal appointment that takes place within 2 weeks of your session, your products will typically be ready for pickup between 4-6 weeks. Some items take the longer end, like albums and framed prints, so keep this in mind when booking with a deadline.
-
I'm doing a photoshoot for a special occasion, when should I book?
This goes with the previous question — when booking your boudoir photoshoot in celebration of an anniversary, birthday, or wedding gift, you’ll want to schedule your session at least
6-8 weeks ahead of the day you want products in your hands. As far as getting in touch with me and booking, I recommend as early as you decide to do a session! The earlier you book, the more flexibility you have to utilize pre-session payment plans.
-
Do I have to share my photos online?
Absolutely not. At the end of your image reveal appointment, you’ll sign a model release form that lets me know how much, if at all, you’re comfortable with me sharing your images. This includes on social media, my website, in printed promo material, etc. You can keep your photos fully private, share anonymous only, specific images, or allow all images to be shared. No pressure, ever, and you can change your mind at any time.

How much editing/photoshop do you apply to photos?
In general when editing photos, I do basic adjustments like cropping and color correction. I also add a soft and subtle smoothing effect to skin, remove blemishes and bruises, and lighten under-eye areas a little bit.
As a rule, I only edit out scars, birthmarks, and similar at your request. I never assume that you want these things removed. My approach is not about covering you up or changing you, and instead making everything about you shine in your own unique and wonderful way.
